What is an MH CET law test?
Maharashtra Test Common Entrance Test for Law or MH CET law is a departmental examination of Maharashtra level. The MH CET Act is made up of the Directorate of Higher Education, the Maharastra admission to the three-year LLB and the five-year LLB program offered to state law colleges.

When will the MH CET 2021 application form be released?
DHE will begin registration of MH CET 2021 as soon as it completes the test dates. The cancellation of the CBSE Board exams means that MH CET 2021 legislation can be implemented without delay (depending on the status of COVID-19 in the country). It can be noted that if the CBSE Board exams were to be held, MH CET 2021 legislation would be further delayed. However, now the trial can be conducted in July-August

Applicants applying for MH CET Law 2021 must read the eligibility criteria for MH CET Law 2021 before completing the application form. The eligibility criteria for MH CET legislation for both 5 years LLB and 3 years LLB are provided below.

MH CET Act for 3 years of LLB eligibility
The nominee must have graduated with a 45% mark from a recognized university. Candidates for the SC and ST class held in Maharashtra must obtain at least 40% marks in the relevant examination.
Voters for the VJNT, SBC and OBC section of Maharashtra must obtain at least 42% marks in the relevant examination.
Nominees to appear for the relevant exam are also eligible to appear for the MH CET law entry exam within three years of LLB accreditation.
MH CET 2021 Act for five years for LLB Criteria
Applicants applying for a 5-year LLB examination for the MH CET Act must have passed Class 12th on board or a recognized institution.
Nominees must obtain at least 45% marks in a valid examination. Candidates for the SC and ST category must obtain at least 40% marks. While VJNT category nominees, SBC and OBC must obtain a minimum mark of 42% on the appropriate examination.
Those selected to appear on the appropriate exam are also eligible for appearing the exam
